Armed with a deep understanding of expertise and facility with a range of knowledge elicitation and usability tools, we add value throughout the user- and learner-centered design process. We have designed and evaluated interfaces for unmanned systems, clinical decision support and intelligence analysis tools. We have supported major training development efforts, from designing immersive experiences to implementing adaptive learning programs.
